Grease is a musical I think most people know. And even if you may not have seen it, you might recognize some of the songs from the acclaimed movie.
When teenage girls laid their eyes on Danny Zuko in their leather jacket, there were plenty of hearts that beat a few beats extra.
It was summer of 1978 as the film had premiere. When the tough Danny fell in love with friend Sandy Olsson from Australia.
When the summer was over, Sandy returned to Australia they did not think they would meet again.
But it did not take long until they saw each other. During a football game, Danny was surprised. The school had received a new student, and it was none other than Sandy.
They could barely believe their eyes, but happiness became short.

Danny’s friends began to tease and laugh like he started playing ”cool”.
In addition to the classic love drama in this movie, the music is magically compelling. I can barely stand still when I look at it.
Danny Zuko is played by famous actor John Travolta who offers a very entertaining dance. The choreographer really wanted it to be something out of the ordinary.
Since the film had a premiere, it has been 40 years. And recently John Travolta visited Jimmy Fallon’s talk show.
Jimmy then told how his nephew tried to mimic John Travolta’s dance steps. After a while, both John and Jimmy get up and out of the loudspeakers, sounding the movie music from Grease.
